Lighting Fixtures

Lighting fixtures are designed for the petrochemical industry, combining aesthetics with functionality, performance with simplicity in full compliance with the severity of Ex regulations. The aluminium alloy with low copper content, the shock resistant borosilicate glass and the electro polished stainless steel make this fixture strong to corrosion agents of salt atmospheres and of industrial pollutions. Glass Reinforced Polyethylene type Light Fixtures are also available.  Lighting fixtures for discharge lamps are designed for installation in all those areas of a facility defined hazardous for the presence of explosive gas and dust, where is necessary an efficient localized light distribution.

High Bay Lighting Fixtures

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

They type of protection flameproof “d”.

They are normally used for uniform illumination of rooms and structures. The main features of these lighting fixtures are the mechanical sturdiness and ease of periodic maintenance, limited to periodic cleaning of the glass globe.

  • Easy to install, economic maintenance
  • Fixtures have an Exe internal terminal junction box which allows the connection with an Exe cable gland
  • Suitable for discharge lamps up to 150W and up to 500W

Lighting fixtures for Fluorescent tubes, Exit lights

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

They have protection mode

  • only with flameproof enclosure “d”
  • with flameproof enclosure “d” (lamp compartment) and with increased safety “e” (connections compartment).

They are ideal to illuminate homogeneously settings that may require compact devices, bright lighting and cost maintenance.

  • Easy re-lamping thanks to the frame that houses the electrical part which slides on guide rails
  • Fixtures have an Ex e internal terminal junction box which allows the connection with an Exe cable gland
  • Suitable for fluorescent tubes up to 2 x 58W and 1 x 58W

Bulkhead lighting fixtures

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

They have protection mode

  • with flameproof enclosure “d”
  • part with flameproof enclosure “d” (lamp compartment) and part with increased safety “e” (connections compartment).

They are normally used for providing light to tunnels, staircases, boiler rooms, storage areas, perimeter walls, paths, stair handrails where space is limited.

LED Lighting fixtures and Floodlights

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

Rectangular FloodLights (Zone 1-2-21-22)

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

  • part with flameproof enclosure “d” (lamp compartment) and part with increased safety “e” (connections compartment).

They are normally used for providing light with symmetric distribution of the luminous flux.

Rectangular Floodlights (Zone 2-22)

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

They are normally used for providing a lighting with distribution

  • symmetric (SM)
  • asymmetric (AS)
  • concentrating beam (CT)

Round Floodlights

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

They are normally used for providing light with symmetric distribution of the concentrated beam.

Obstruction Lighting Fixtures

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

They type of protection flameproof “d”.

They are normally used for installation on smokestacks, towers, high buildings as obstructions signal.

Emergency Signaling Lighting fixtures for fluorescent tubes

These equipment are suitable to be installed in places in which, during the normal activities, explosive atmosphere caused by gases, vapours, mists or caused by mixture of air and combustible dust are likely to occur.

They type of protection flameproof “d”.

They are ideal to ensure emergency lighting when the supply to normal lighting fails as to provide to safety of people leaving a location or attempting a potentially dangerous process before doing so.

In single lamps version they are used as self-contained emergency luminaire (in which all elements, such as battery, lamp, control unit are contained within luminaire). In double lamps version they are used as combined emergency luminaire (with 2 lamps, of which one is energized from emergency lighting supply and the other from normal lighting supply).

They can be used which maintained emergency lighting lamps (are energized at all times when normal or emergency lighting is required) or non-maintained emergency (are in operation only when the supply to normal lighting fails).

Traffic Lighting System
