Class I Division 2 AEx certified panel

The renowned testing and certification organization, Intertek, has validated this product in accordance with the UL standard for Class I Division 2.

This specialized panel is dedicated to a filtration module package system designed to regulate turbines. It utilizes dedicated cards to control solenoid valves, incorporating two pressure gauges and a Dust control board. The system employs differentiation pressure switches to monitor blocks or slugs, triggering the operation of solenoid valves based on the received signals. To ensure safety in explosive environments, the panel features Pneumatic pressure inlet valves entering an Ex d explosion-proof enclosure, safeguarding the pressure inlets with appropriate modules.

Constructed with Ex db certified Copper-Free Aluminium Alloy of marine-grade quality, this panel boasts the following certifications:

• CNC: Classified Enclosures for use in Class I Zone 1 Ex db IIB+H2 Gb, Class II Zone 21 Ex tb IIIC Db
• USC: Classified Enclosures for use in Class I Zone 1 AEx db IIB+H2 Gb, Zone 21 AEx tb IIIC Db Hazardous Locations
• Class I Division 2 Groups B, C, D, Class II Division 2 Groups F and G Type 1, 12, 4, and 4X
• Ambient Temperature: -18 to +44 degrees Celsius.
