Ex-Proof Certified Portable Pressure Monitoring and Alarm Annunciator Panel

We have successfully designed, integrated and delivered Exproof certified Ex Annunciator Panels with ATEX and IECEX certifications for a project in the UAE. This portable pressure monitoring and alarm annunciator system holds certifications for hazardous areas in Zone 1, Zone 21, Zone 2, and Zone 22.

The Ex d enclosure is equipped with a transparent glass window for visual alarm status monitoring, and an audible hooter is integrated for audible alarms. The entire assembly is securely mounted on a Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel frame (HDGS). The exproof enclosure, crafted from Copper-Free Aluminium Alloy, is Ex d certified and painted in RAL 9006.

Certifications for the panel include:

• Dust: II 2D Ex tb IIIC T100 C Db IP66
• Ambient Temperature: -20 to +50 Deg C
• ATEX Standards: EN 60079-0, EN 60079-1, EN 60079-31
• IECEX Standards: IEC 60079-0, IEC 60079-1, IEC 60079-31

Responding to the specific requirement for a separate switch to isolate the panel for maintenance, we incorporated Exproof Ex-certified differential pressure switches into the portable panel. All client requirements were met, and rigorous testing was successfully conducted according to project specifications.
