Zone 1 & Zone 21 certified Distribution Board (DB) ATEX and IECEx certified

We have effectively designed, integrated, and delivered an Ex d certified Distribution Board (DB) constructed from a Copper-Free Aluminium Alloy flameproof enclosure, carrying both ATEX and IECEX certifications. This explosion-proof DB is officially sanctioned for secure use in hazardous areas, spanning Zone 1, Zone 21, Zone 2, and Zone 22.

The Exproof DB incorporates multiple power feeders, each equipped with status monitoring indication lamps. It includes a dedicated Ammeter and Voltmeter for monitoring current and voltage at the Incomer side. To address site-specific mounting challenges and space constraints, we implemented a special design on the frame, ensuring a perfect fit at the location.

The panel features a dedicated hooter for fault alarms and a specialized Exproof Outlet Socket and Plugs certified for hazardous areas (Zone 1, Zone 21, Zone 2, and Zone 22) with ATEX and IECEX certifications, specifically employing Ex d Type of protection.

Meticulously assembled on a self-standing frame made of hot-dipped galvanized material (HDGS), the panel holds certifications encompassing:

• Dust: II 2D Ex tb IIIC T100 C Db IP66
• Ambient Temperature: -20 to +55 Deg C
• ATEX Standards: EN 60079-0, EN 60079-1, EN 60079-31
• IECEX Standards: IEC 60079-0, IEC 60079-1, IEC 60079-31
