Ex-proof Panel – Chemical Injection Skid Control System

We have successfully completed the design, integration, and delivery of an Exproof certified Chemical Injection Skid Automation Control System. These explosion-proof PLC control panels, accompanied by an Ex HMI, have received certification for secure operation in Zone 2 hazardous areas. This specifically caters to the unique challenges of overseeing the solenoid valves connected to the Chemical Storage Tank. Notably, the panel is integrated with an HMI for user interaction, even in the presence of hazardous gas. Additionally, it is meticulously designed to operate seamlessly across a wide ambient temperature range suitable for the Middle East region.
